1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using smebox.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

smebox.ai provides a cloud-based business management platform offering CRM, invoicing, finance, and AI-powered tools for small and medium enterprises operating primarily in the United Arab Emirates.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written permission
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code

    • 5. Subscription and Payment

    Subscription fees are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED) as displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

    6. Data and Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and technology forming the Service are the exclusive property of smebox.ai and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, smebox.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users, with or without notice.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
